Allowance rules
Pro grants 12,000 credits per billing period, replacing unused paid credits. Free credits reset at 00:00 UTC+8. Context and output length affect usage.
Failed and stopped requests
Failed or stopped generations are not charged. Partial output is marked incomplete. Successful requests settle from provider-reported usage.
Cancellation and refunds
Configured subscriptions use the Stripe billing portal. Refund eligibility and handling must be finalized before launch.
